Are you using a MAC or a PC?

If you are using a MAC, you cannot use the .exe file, you will need to uninstall the .exe file and then install the .dmg file. Be sure to choose the MacOS system when downloading the file. Then walk through the steps to install TurboTax on your MAC.

If you are using a PC, then you will just need to double click on the .exe file and follow the on screen installation instructions.
