How can I open Schedule B - Form 1099 DIV to edit? The payer has a Canadian address. I am getting asked to enter the zip code, but it won't allow me to enter it correctly

The Canadian zip includes letters which won't enter into the field. I cannot finish filing without the zip code apparently.

Did you import this1099-Div? Delete the 1099-DIV and enter it manually.  When you enter manually, TurboTax should only ask for the company name.  After you have logged in and are in your return in TurboTax Online:

• Go to Search at the top of the screen.
• Enter Form 1099-DIV in the search box. 
• You will see a Jump To function that will take you to the 1099-DIV input screens. 
• Delete the 1099-DIV in question by clicking on the trash can next to the form
• Then add a new 1099-DIV and manually enter your 1099-DIV.

At the financial services screens, click "Change how I enter my form" then "Type it myself"

If the 1099-Div screen you are working with has a check box for foreign address, that will eliminate the zip code field.
