How can I open a 2018 Turbo Tax file if I no longer have access to a 2018 Turbo Tax software?

I saved my 2018 files to a new computer, but the file won't open since I didn't download the software to the new computer. Is there still a way to access them?

I have turned off VIP Access by Symantec in the past which is my MFA for logging into Fidelity. I can no longer turn off MFA. Now, how will I import my Fidelity files?
