I am not sure what you are asking.
If you are asking how you mail your tax return, then if you are instructed to, print and mail your federal return according to the instructions printed with your tax return. If those instructions are missing, then please see Where to File Paper Returns for the address to send your federal return.
If you are asking how you mail your W-2 and you are e-filing, you do not have to mail your W-2. TurboTax will attach an electronic copy of the W-2 to your tax return.
If you are asking how you mail your W-2 and you are not e-filing, then you attach one of the copies of your W-2 (and any other forms that have withholding on it) to your tax return and mail it, using the link in the first paragraph.
If you believe that you are supposed to file a W-2, that is a misunderstanding. You enter your W-2 into TurboTax to create your 1040 tax return - the 1040 is what gets filed, not your W-2.
