So I have been trying and failing to file my tax return and it's so close to the deadline. It kept getting rejected for the same reason even though all of the information was correct and I had checked and triple checked every time I submitted the return. I finally requested that the help center call me and I was connected to Nashida. (Hopefully I'm spelling her name correctly) She was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. She listened to my problem, checked my information, and assured me that I had done everything correctly. Then she calmly helped me brainstorm and fix the issue. Upon submitting the tax refund this last time, she even offered to stay with me on the phone until the refund was accepted in order to sooth my anxieties and make sure our changes fixed the issue completely. We had a lovely conversation and 15 minutes later my tax return was accepted. I wanted to leave a good review on the survey after the call, but the call hung up before the survey even started. I still want to leave a good review of her services, but I don't know how. Any help with this would be much appreciated!
