Can you please clarify your question? You can't change how you receive your refund after you file.
If you’re sending my tax money to my card that’s on file and the card doesn’t work for the transactions to go through, how can I get my money if it’s not going through to my account?! I haven’t received none of my tax refunds because it’s keep saying that it can’t be completed?!
If your refund could not be deposited where you requested, it is returned to the IRS and they issue a paper check and mail it to the address on the return.
Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
