If you're talking about your IRS  tax transcript you get it from irs.gov.  there is no charge for it.

you are required to register for ID.ME to access your tax records. in this case your 2023 tax account.  you should also be able to get it by looking at line 11 of your 2023 return if available.

if you have used lat year's and are getting rejected try zero
