How can I get another download code since I made a typo when submitting the one-use-only code the first time ?

I got the download code in email since have no cd drive but my submission was rejected since I made a type when submitting the code. As a result, the code did not work. So, I requested another but got the same one again. This did not work since the code can only be used once. There is no provision for someone like me who made a typo when submitting the download request. Are you willing to help ?

Have you tried typing in the original code without a typo?  The code should be valid until the time it is submitted correctly.
