How can I fill in Locality name if it is not on the W-2G?

Box 18 on W-2G for locality name is blank. Turbo Tax wants that filled in. What can I do?

How can I fill in Locality name if it is not on the W-2G?

If box 17 is blank or zero, leave boxes 16, 17, and 18 all blank.
