How can I file for 2020 to get the stimulus? I filed myself for 2021 (am US citizen living abroad) with no taxable income for the stimulus.

On the IRS site it says that can only be done by another organisation but I can't find it on TurboTax. I also chose in the TT options that I haven't gotten the stimulus for 2021 yet because I haven't even though I just filed for it and expect it within a few weeks. However I can't find how to file for 2020.

To get the first 2 stimulus payments you missed you must file a 2020 return ...  

To complete and file a 2020 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2020 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2020 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

There are no penalties for filing a tax return after the due date if the return is being filed for a tax refund.
