How can I file a second extension of personal taxes?

Sorry, there are no second extensions. The filing deadline is midnight tonight in your time zone. After that, you are just late. If you do not owe tax due, you will not be penalized. But after the deadline, online tax preparation and e-filing close down, and you will need to use the CD/download software on a full PC or Mac, and file by mailing in your return

If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline. If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.
