I supported my mom this year who lost her job due to a work injury. She only worked for 2 months this tax year and made more than $4,700, therefore I cannot claim her as a dependent. But I have provided for her for almost 11 months now and she lives with me. Is there a workaround for this? Or I cannot be the head of the household?

Sorry, the tax code is clear. If the Qualifying Relative had gross income of $4,700 or more in 2023 then they cannot be claimed as a dependent under the QR rules.
If she would have been your only dependent then you cannot have Head of Household filing status.
No work-around.
No, because of that income, she won't qualify as your dependent.
Because she does not qualify as your dependent, you can't file Head Of Household.
