How can I change the product I'm using to file? I selected self-employed but just have a w-2, but it is still billing me for self-employed.

If you would like to change the program you are using to file, you would need to clear your return and start over. You can only clear your return and start over if you have not registered your account, paid for your preparations fees, or chosen to have your fees deducted from your return. If you qualify to clear your return and start over, please follow the instructions below.
