How can I cancel my return after I tried to file and it was rejected? I had a hard time getting rejected because of i did not know my AGI.

Then realized I used H R Block, so I filed with them, now getting alert "someone else used my Dependents" I need to remove this E-File please

When REJECTED, it is as if it never happened.

Therefore, you can e-File again when you correct the issue.

If you are REJECTED again, you still have an issue.

I would like to have Turbo Tax delete my e-file all together, obviously when I filed the same return with H+R Block they knew I had used Turbo because they rejected it because they could tell I used Turbo already

When REJECTED, it is as if it never happened.

Therefore, you can e-File using other tax software or another tax software company.

If you were REJECTED by H&R,

then 

a) your previous TurboTax Submission was not REJECTED, or

b) someone else filed with your taxpayer SSN or a dependent's SSN.

If someone filed fraudulently ahead of you , you'll have to file a paper return via US MAIL.
