How can I access/view the "State and Local Income Tax Refund Worksheet—Schedule 1, Line 1" in the online TurboTax Premier product?

I think there is an error, and my prior year state tax refund should not be counted as taxable income this year. But I can't figure out how to access that worksheet to see the calculations.

Well, after waiting on hold for 2 hours, I got to an escalation person who was not able to find or see the worksheet online, so she sent me the desktop version of TurboTax and in there, we could see the form.  I posted another question about my problem on that form, but at least I got this question about how to view the form answered.
