How can a single member LLC owner, nonresident alien file a tax return without SSN and ITIN?

@wilsongangmei , if you do not get an answer  from the addressee, please consider starting a new thread ( even though   the laws may not changed much ).  Include your situation  in some detail  ( country where you are domiciled, type of business, your own immigrations status / country of citizenship  , any employees you intend to have etc. ).    Look forward to hearing from you .
