Household income increased from $124k to $202k from 2020 to 2021. No changes on withholding, what should I expect on this year’s taxes?

Two children 6 and 4, paying daycare for the youngest.  We normally file straight deductions.

Your tax will depend on whether Biden gets his bill to cap your child care payments.

whether the SALT deduction cap is raised,

and the amount of your child tax credit.

Plus  any other goodies they manage to toss in there for you.

If Manchin blocks it, then it will be like this year because something will pass mid-2022 after millions have already filed, and IRS will have to make adjustments which take many months.

What you will owe depends on how much withholding you had.  Taxcaster can help you estimate what that will be.  Another good tool is the Tax Withholding Estimator | Internal Revenue Service (irs.gov)

If you are going to owe more than $1000, you can make an estimated payment on January 15 to avoid a underpayment penalty.
