Hi there!
You will need to log in using the email address and password combination that you used last year. If that email address is no longer valid then you will need to edit your account information and update it with your new email address. To do so, please follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
2. Select Intuit Account from the lower left corner.
3.This will take you to an Account Settings screen.
4. Click Edit at the right of the E-mail address line.
5. Enter your new email address and confirm it.
6.Enter your password.
7.Click Save, and you're done.
