When can we start filing taxes for tax year 2018 (filed in 2019)

@Mama2Many I have been reading to the the c-freeze will lift off of the eitc and actc filers at 12:01am on the 15th. No refunds can be released before the 15th. That is just what I read on another website which makes sense.

@Mama2Many I was accepted 1/26 and I have been on the PATH for a couple weeks it seems. I read on igotmyrefund.com someone posted that they spoke to irs and refunds are set to be released on 1/15 for people who claim eitc and actc.
