Tax Year Prior to 2020: Home Office Information

Where can I find last year's (2018) home office info such as the date I started using a home office?  I cannot find in the printout of the 2018 tax return and i cannot locate the 2018 tax return app.

Are you self employed?  If not you can no longer deduct home office if you are a W2 employee.

Thank you, but what if my nearest company office is 400 mile away? If I am a W2 employee, would i still not  be able to claim a home office?

No, you cannot. The rules simply states that W-2 employees cannot deduct home office.
