Home and business download

I purchased 2024 Deluxe, Fed and state from Amazon and downloaded it fine.  Came across a situation where I needed the Home and Business version.  Bought that from Amazon also, when I tried to download  it, said I needed to remove the 2024 Deluxe version, so I unistalled it.

Tried the download again, but when I try to download, it comes up as the current Deluxe version actually my return that I was filling out, not the home and business.

I do have previous years of TT Deluxe, is that a problem?  

I'm not sure how to get the Home and business to download.   Thanks.

Why do you need the Home & Business version?  Deluxe has all the same forms, you just get more help in H&B.  You didn't need to buy a new program.  You can upgrade to H&B inside your Deluxe program.  

Do you have the new 16 digit License Code?   You don't need to download or install it.  Here's how to activate a different version. There is a way to have 2 licenses. You don't need to install the second version just enter the License Code. Under Help - Switch Product - Activate new product. Don't know what that will do or what benefit you will get.

Thank you for your help.  I found on this message board that I needed TT home and business as I have 1099-S form and Deluxe only allows a 1099-B.   Myself and my three siblings sold our mother's house after she passed away.  She added our names to the deed roughly 10 years ago.

I do have the 16 digit code, I will try it and thanks for your help.
