I downloaded 2021 Home and Business for Mac, same as I’ve done for years. Ran into a few bugs this year. The biggest one isn’t allowing me to get past the direct deposit screen on the Filing tab. I’ve tried filing it out on the Forms view with no success. I had support remote in and she couldn’t get past the screen, witnessing the looping issue herself. When we flip back to step-by-step view after Forms view, it clears everything out.
Is this a known issue and when should we expect a patch/update?

I do see we've had some customers experience this in the past. At that time, it appeared to be a compatibility issue, and this was the workaround. However, I also see you have tried using Forms view with no success.
To try and resolve this issue, can you first confirm if your Mac OS is compatible with TurboTax 2021? You can check here: Minimum system requirements for TurboTax Mac software. If your OS is not compatible and you need instructions to update, you will find them here.
If none of the above resolves the issue, we will need to take a deeper look at the matter. This will involve sending us a diagnostic file, which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the steps below:
Open your return.
Click the Online tab in the black bar across the top of TurboTax and select “Send Tax File to Agent”
This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created. Click on OK and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.
Please provide the Token Number that was generated in the response.

Do you have a status on this? I've completed two TT software updates since I submitted the diagnostic file and nothing has fixed this issue.
I’ve provided the token and have followed up, but I have yet to hear a response. Where are we? Please place this request into the right Slack channel and provide an update, please. This is extremely frustrating!
