Ho do I fix CA_CharitableContributions_Hold error causing e-file rejection?

I received email from TurboTax with steps to fix, but I did not see any difference in the forms. I was not asked by program to change anything. Program does not report any errors when review done. Am I ok to try new e-file? There is nothing entered on Schedule CA Part II line 11 which I suspect is the source of the error.
