Hi - you don't have to. Just indicate that you had insurance all year, and answer no to the question "Was anyone covered by any of these plans in 2016?". That's it!

Hi - you don't have to. Just indicate that you had insurance all year, and answer no to the question "Was anyone covered by any of these plans in 2016?". That's it!
