Hi, need to check if my details are given correctly to IRS to process 3rd Stimulus Check.

To check your details are given correctly to the IRS to process the 3rd stimulus payment, verify what is on file at IRS: View Your Tax Account Information.

By filing the 2020 tax return, any change in details from the first two payments would be updated. The IRS is not allowing for any other changes to bank account information.

Hi, I do qualify for 3rd Stimulus check, I still not received it. is there any issue with Turbo Tax again, as I had a similar issue with my 2nd Stimulus check. if you could check and verify if everything is fine for my account with turbo tax for IRS to process the stimulus, as I do see some of them have already raised the issue on social media about not getting stimulus when file taxes using turbo tax.

Hi, need to check if my details are given correctly to IRS to process 3rd Stimulus Check.

No, the IRS doesn't share that information with TurboTax. The IRS issues the stimulus payments, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your stimulus payment or if and when you'll receive it.

  •  We are waiting for the IRS to provide us additional guidance on how people can  apply for missing or wrong amount third stimulus checks.

To be eligible for the third stimulus, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • Families earning less than $150,000 a year and individuals earning less than $75,000 a year should get the full $1,400 per person.
  • Families earning up to $160,000 per year and individuals earning up to $80,000 per year will receive prorated amounts.
  • One notable difference from the first two stimulus is that you will receive stimulus payments for all your dependents, including adult dependents and college students.

Hi, need to check if my details are given correctly to IRS to process 3rd Stimulus Check.

Hi, as per your last revert, is there any update from IRS on how the payment will be made for people whose checks are still missing.

I do qualify for 3rd stimulus check.

Hi, need to check if my details are given correctly to IRS to process 3rd Stimulus Check.

No, there is not yet an update from the IRS on how the payment will be made for people whose checks are still missing.  However as customers continue to have questions regarding the Economic Impact Payments (EIP), we’re continuing to work with the IRS for guidance. We’re updating our customer and expert-facing articles with information as soon as we get it.

For the most up to date information available regarding stimulus amounts being sent to our customers by the IRS, please review the new FAQs in the article, How will the third stimulus impact me?
