Hi my tax stared out at 429.00 and then I was charge 29.00 and then i was carge 39.00 why. and at the end it say mt tax was refund would be 174.00

why an I paying two time for something that support to be free

now its 68.00

all Im getting back is 429 and the end it say 174.00

It sounds like you have the PLUS upgrade for 29.99 and if you chose to have your refund fee taken out of your funds, then there is another 39.99 service fee for that option (44.99 for California filers, where it is bundled with "Premium Services")

If you don't need PLUS (29.99), you may be able to remove PLUS prior to filing.  (if you have paid, you will need to request a refund)

If you have not paid, you can try "Clear and Start Over" and remove any premiums/upgrades.
