Hi, I was officialy diverced on the beggining of dec/2016 how do I suppose to file my taxes, married or single?

You cannot file married once you are divorced and the only date that counts is 12/31/16.  If you were divorced on that date, your only choices are Single or Head of Household if you have a qualifying dependent, among other things.  The program will use your answers in the Personal Info section to make that determination.  Married, though, is no longer a possibility.
