why does 511tx form show up?

I don’t qualify for this but its still showing up when i try to finish and file

Yes, if you are certain you don't qualify, you can delete the form from your tax return. 

Here's how to do that:

1. Open your return in TurboTax.
2. Select Deductions & Credits.
3. In the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, then Tools.
4. Select Delete a form, from the list in the pop-up window. 
5. Scroll down to your Oklahoma return near the bottom of the list. Select Delete next to Form 511TX (name).
6. Confirm your Delete, select Continue, then Continue with my return.
