Hi did anyone get their check from the lawsuit ?

probably no one has.

While to 50 States settled with Intuit, the Federal Trade Commisison has not and I wonder if that is holding up everything.

The FTC has a hearing scheduled on the matter in March, 2023 and it may be that any payouts couldn't occur any earlier than this hearing. I am not sure.
