I would like to take a dependent off my tax return

Here's how to remove a dependent in TurboTax.

Sign back into TurboTax Online and continue your return. If you used TurboTax CD/Download, reopen your .tax2016 file.
Click the Personal Info tab
Find the Dependent Information section and click Delete for the dependent you wish to remove from your tax return.
