I need help removing the turbo tax deluxe and access prior tax return I'm ready to pay.

is there a number i can call to do a walk through because i need to register for the turbo plus but somehow I'm registered for both. the steps given on the site does not work. I've been trying for an hour now. please help me out because i need this for my daughters's financial aid application.
