Why Did I get charged to my bank account $155 dollars when I didn’t even use your services?

    Call the helpdesk and see what the status of your account is.  They can see if someone used your logon information and help you to resolve the issue.

    No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.

     

     If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
