I worked Jan-sept at a salon and have the W-2 for that time

I rented a chair at a salon Oct - dec use square have an ein number and statements of earnings as well as receipts for products and chair rental

You will need to enter the W-2 to report your income from the first part of the year.

A Schedule C will be needed to report the income and expenses for the time when you rented a chair in a salon. 

Here is information about adding a Schedule C from a 1099-K. Follow the prompts and don't forget to add all of your expenses.
