Help?

I used TurboTax online to prepare my 2019 return and opted to mail them.  I now want to file them electronically but do not see an option to do so, it's like TurboTax is saying they are done with me because all I see are options to print copies and solicitations for other products/services.

If you have not mailed your returns and want to e-file, you will need to get back into the program.

In the 2019 section when you sign in you should see an option for Add a State. Click on that, do not add a state and skip through any questions. Click on Review on the black left-hand menu and go through to File. You will change your Federal and/or state filing method in parts 2 and 3 of the File section.
