Help on Form 8962

I'm really confused while filing out my 8962 form...I'm a single independent college student but my mom pays for my health insurance..I'm confused as to whether I select Yes or No on Part II of the form

Is this the question you are having trouble with, "9 Are you allocating policy amounts with another taxpayer or do you want to use the alternative calculation for year of marriage"?

The answer is "yes" you are allocating percentages. It is up to the two of you how you choose to allocate policy amounts, as long as it adds up to 100% between your two returns.
