That means your return is under review. The IRS will be sending you a letter about this. Don't panic, and wait for the letter to arrive.

According to the IRS website, you will receive a report and/or letter that will explain the adjustments they are proposing.  It is important that you realize that the IRS does make mistakes.  When you receive the letter, you should review it and your return very carefully to make sure that any adjustments they are proposing are legitimate. Contact the IRS directly for more information about how long your return will be under review.
