I just got off the phone with a US-based TurboTax representative and was informed that basically I'm **bleep** out of luck. You can't return an online TurboTax order to Costco and you can't have the email resent. What a waste of money - I didn't even really need to Deluxe version because I don't own a house but thought I'd take advantage of the Costco discount. I can't afford another ~$50 Deluxe edition.
