The federal 1040X is not currently expected to be available until March 26, 2021 for both paper return printing and e-filing.

Here is a link to the TurboTax Expected Availability Dates of Federal Forms Release:

You can refer to the above link for your software version to watch when it is available to be filed.

You need to wait until the original return filed has been fully processed by IRS before filing an amended return.

IRS is trying to make automatic adjustments for taxpayers who have already filed for some areas of the return.

Please clarify what you need help with on trying to amend your return.
