To enter information and file Form 4136 in TurboTax online program, go to:

1.  After sign into your account, select Take me to my return 

2.  At right upper corner, in search or Find box , type in 4136, and Enter 

3.  Select Jump to 4136  

4.  On screen, Credit For Nontaxable Fuel Usage, select an answer to continue
