As a non-resident, you will have to file Form 1040NR and use TurboTax partner Sprintax site.

Thank you for your answer. I was trying the Sprintax software. However,  do hold a greencard. Unfortunately it tells me that the software will not work for me. I wasn't in the US in 2018 (for which I am filing taxes), however did hold a greencard. Thank you

Yes, as a greencard holder you will have to file Form 1040 and can use TurboTax. Sorry for the confusion I understood that you were a non-resident alien.
