Hello... My return has been rejected twice... It asks for a AGI from 2016 which should be simple. However there is no record of me filing last year but I did.

If you did not file a return last year, or if IRS records do not show that you filed a return last year, you can use 0 for your AGI and submit your return again for e-file.

To see what the IRS has on file for last year, you can get a transcript from them: Get Transcript

To can also order a copy of your return from the IRS you may use this form, there is a $50.00 fee

Request for Copy of Tax Return
