Hello, I purchased a Turbo Tax CD but I don't have CD-ROM Drive.

You can phone TurboTax Support and ask for a program download.

Use the form at this link to be assigned a phone number. The number will not display when they are closed.  This time of year they are open 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern)  7 days/week.  Fill out 2 short forms about your issue, then click the blue "Get a phone number."

They are not open 7 days a week like you say.

You have added on to a 10month old post for LAST year when they were open 7 days a week.  But Starting this Monday Jan 8, 2018  the new hours will be 5AM - 9PM Pacific time 7 days a week.

Yes, in March of 2017 when this thread was written, that was peak filing time, and they were open 7 days.   As VolvoGirl said, they go to peak season hours again in a couple of days.
