Hello, I purchased a 2022 TurboTax program and it is not compatible with my chrome book. What options do I have?

If your computer is not compatible due to minimum system requirements, you can try installing it on another computer or requesting a refund for your TurboTax Desktop products using the form linked here. Only purchases made directly through TurboTax or through authorized retailers/resellers qualify.
