Hello, I am unable to file because I need to update turbo tax. I says go to the online menu and check updates. Where and what is the online menu? Where do you find this?

If you are using the online version it automatically updates.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
