Hello I am typing in exactly what it says in box D from my W-2 but it won't let me go on because it says it's wrong

The control number (box D) is not required to enter your W-2 or complete your tax return. Simply leave this number field blank or skip this question of TurboTax. You will be prompted to manually enter in your W-2.
