If you contact TurboTax Product support (Instructions below), they will be able to initiate a Screen Sharing session and walk you through most any process you might encounter.

To schedule your next call:

  1. Complete any call that’s already scheduled
  2. Sign in to your account and select Contact at the top of your screen
  3. Click the Contact us button
  4. Ask us your question
  5. If it’s about tax advice, you’ll see the option to Schedule a Call
