my son is on my marketplace insurance but every other year his dad gets to claim him, this is that year.  How do I prove I had him under my marketplace acct but he is not my dependent this year?

Whoever claims the child will mark down that he was covered all year under Obamacare. He will need the 1095-A information so that he is able to enter it to verify coverage.

I would recommend that whoever claims the child for that year, should also provide his health coverage for that year.
