I'm not sure what your question is but you can enter your health insurance premiums paid out-of-pocket as an itemized deduction in the "Deductions & Credits" section using the "Medical" dropdown and "Medical Expenses" topic. In that topic you will arrive at a page to enter medical insurance premiums paid.
