Health insurance coverage

How do I ensure that my personal health insurance (not from my employer) is filed on turbo tax? I had employer provided health insurance from Aug 2016-Dec 2016. And insurance coverage from
my parent Jan 2016-Dec 2016.  How do I make sure i do  not get
fined for the Jan-Aug months?

You simply need to indicate that you had health insurance coverage all year. 

From the Federal Taxes tab at the top - Click Health Insurance - then check the box "I had health insurance coverage all year.  - Then click on Continue. (I have attached a screen shot to help you)

Yes I had health insurance all year of 2021
