HDHP lapse in 2023

I answered that neither my spouse nor I had an HSA, MSA, or Medicare Advantage MSA. Next question, on what type of HDHP did I have 12/1/22, I answered "Family". Then the next question asks if my coverage lapsed because of disability or other reasons. My HDHP plan did not lapse at all during 2023. Why is it assuming that it did. The only two options to answer the question would be untrue. Please help.

poorly worded question or really a bug in the program if you did not fund an HSA for 2022.  if you did not have an HSA in 2022. go back and answer the HDHP pm 12/1/2022 question none.  it's trying to determine if you funded a HSA in 2022 using the last month rule you must maintain HDHP coverage for all of 2023. 

go back and answer the HDHP pm 12/1/2022 question none. for some reason TT thinks you funded an HSA in 2022 using the last month rule.
